I worked a 70cm repeater 140 miles away in an unusual direction for me, on a 2W handheld with 6" whip - from my bedroom!
I swear if I hadn't been babysitting and could have gone out to the cliffs... wow I could have had some great 446 dx!

Can't believe how quiet the repeaters were though, is no-one around over there these days?!
